Courgette or Zucchini: Health Benefits for you

When you go for weekly grocery shopping, you see a vegetable that looks like cucumber. But very people pick it up. You guessed it right... it is Courgette.

Did you know eating Courgettes vegetable has significant health benefits. It has fibre, vitamin C,  potassium, high in antioxidants and high water content. 

According to Viva, Courgettes are a good source of healthy carbs and fibre. If you eat them with skin on, it bumps up your fibre intake even more and adds some antioxidants too. Mind, this is advisable only for the varieties with skin that gets softer when cooked!
